KARACHI: Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) declared several MQM leaders as most wanted on the basis of an earlier report filed by the police.
According to details, the court ordered several MQM leaders including party’s founder, Amir Khan and Farooq Sattar, to attend the court proceedings on Nov 21 in any case.
The police report submitted in the ATC revealed that the mentioned leaders were involved in various cases such as rebellion, storming media houses and spreading anarchy. The filed report also revealed that these leaders are hiding because they want to avoid arrests.
Other leaders declared most wanted include Abdul Qadir, Javeed Kazmi, Arif Khan Advocate, Zakir Qureshi, Akram Rajput, Aslam Khan Afridi, Ashraf Anwar and Akbar.
All these leaders have been ordered to attend the court proceeding on Nov 21.
